Which download is for me?

Mac — Click the Apple menu (top-left) → About This Mac. If you see Chip: Apple M… (M1, M2, M3, M4…), use Apple Silicon. If you see Processor: Intel Core…, use Intel.
Windows — Settings → System → About (or System → About on some PCs). Under System type or Device specifications: if it says 64-bit and not ARM, use the x64 / “most people” installer. Only choose ARM64 if it explicitly says ARM.
